Digital Assistant (Part-Time, Freelance)

🎯 About the Role

Are you a student, early-career creative or recent grad looking to gain hands-on paid experience in the music, content & media space?

AAA Media is a digital music and content company working with artists, creators, and campaigns across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for a reliable, creative and detail-oriented remote assistant to support day-to-day digital tasks.

This short-term freelance opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an interest in music/media, and a working knowledge of social and YouTube platforms.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the founder directly, working across client and in-house projects. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting and organising social media content calendars

  • Researching digital trends, artists, and campaigns

  • Light YouTube optimisation

  • Publishing and managing short-form content (e.g. Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

  • Supporting AAA Media’s own social presence and website

  • General admin and digital housekeeping (updating folders, links, documents, decks)

📌 What We’re Looking For

  • Organised, proactive, eager and responsive

  • Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Canva, YouTube Studio, and Instagram

  • Good written communication skills

  • Able to work independently and manage your time

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with DSP tools (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.)

  • Worked on music or cultural campaigns

  • Familiarity with digital marketing or online content creation

💼 Working With Us

  • Remote, with flexible hours (UK daytime preferred)

  • Nominal monthly freelance fee (invoiced monthly) — ideal for students or recent grads looking to gain real paid music industry experience alongside a flexible schedule.
